Dr Mark Barrenger

Dr Mark Barrenger graduated from the University of Tasmania obtaining his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with clinical distinction in 2014. He subsequently worked at the Royal Hobart Hospital for 5 years and then went on to obtain fellowship for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and was awarded the Tasmanian examination medal for highest mark achieved. 

Dr Barrenger has subsequently completed certificates, advanced certificates and a diploma in Skin Cancer Medicine, Surgery and Dermoscopy and it is an area he works in full time across multiple Skin Cancer Clinics.  He is passionate about diagnosing and treating skin cancer with patients to achieve the best outcomes. 

Outside of work he enjoys triathlons and spending time with his partner and two dogs.
